Pre-owned

I may be considering a pre-owned Cayman. Are there any years best to avoid?

Thanks

Sorry, I meant Cayenne.
Had an image of a Cayman on the desktop, must have been my subconscious.

Avoid the Alpha and Beta model years.

Really? Im also in the market for a cayenne S. I have been reading a bunch of reviews and trying to find the differences between the 04-05-06s and I didn't find anything so far.

So alpha= 2004 beta = 2005? What exactly is the problem with these years?

Thanks for the help, Travis

Alpha and Beta refers to the 2003 and 2004 Cayennes. Not all of them have problems, although the common problems are well documented in the "other" forum.

I would look for a 2005+ Cayenne, preferably with CPO.
