I agree, the decision was easy between the Turbo and a 6 speed Cayenne GTS. I am very pleased with the GTS!

DaveLew is infamous around these parts
I picked GTS over Turbo

I have the GTS and am very pleased with my decision, here are the key points:

- 6 speed manual is the way to go, keeps you involved and connected in a way that a tip will never do
- the exhaust note is by far the best of any Cayenne and as Motor Trend calls it, "it may be the best exhaust note of any car...period". In sport mode it is even louder, at times you just want to drive with the windows down so you enjoy the sound.
- The GTS is NOT slow. It has 405bhp and with the stick you have alot more control on your launch characteristics...lots of low-end torque (1st and 2nd are geared a bit short, but this things pulls in 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th).
- I have "raced" Turbo on some of the country roads here and I was not totally disgraced, as alot of the differences will be in the skill of the driver...no one (with a brain) is going to get a Cayenne to drag race a rice eater burning NX...but to be clear, the GTS is full of power.
- The look (with the Turbo front end, the wide fender flares, the 21" wheels and the black out stanchions and windows) is by far the best of any Cayenne.
