Everytime I get in / out / put the car in drive for/rev the rear glass pops open!!! Then I get out of the car and have to open the trunk and then sometimes it stays shut or somtimes it just re-opens itself! Is there a switch to pop the rear glass by itself? I know the switch on the inside of the driver door does not pop the glass. Is there a button that maybe something is hitting inside the car? How do u just pop the glass open and not the rear trunk lid? My 04 S has been GREAT SO FAR, but this is a real PITA.....

 

humm, only button than opens the window is on the key itself...

nope, there is a TSB for that.

 

Take it to your dealer. Easy fix

 

Thanks for the info Ben! I have an appointment on monday to have it fixed....

 

While I was doing my other warranty claim . They replace the switch on the rear hatch for me , mention about some sort of open issue . I assume is the same as yours .
It is under warranty .

The more I drive my Cayenne , the more problem I find out

 

There is a tsb for most everything...doh!!!!

 

Ben: Porsche has a new tsb for your problem...

the tsb is you gotta sell the car for a new one

 

While you have your car in for the rear window, ask them to kindly perform ALL of the TSBs open.
