Any Suggestions for AUX IPOD USB on 2008 Cayenne

I am looking for a solution to solve this issue, 08 cayenne with PCM 2.1, No aux, no ipod, no bt. I need at least aux, if possible, ipod cable+bluetooth+video play back+usb will be great.

the basic need: I am trying to play iphone through the Bose system. but i seldom use music in iphone but youtube. i just find a talk show or funny video or what and play it on the Bose. So ipod cable is not really important for me. I just use Aux, but i need charge iphone at the same time since iphone die quickly.

I am thinking replace the whole PCM 2.1 to PCM 3.1 which maybe a little more expensive. eBay someone sell it for 1900 total with amplifier.

I am also thinking aftermarket product, like mobridge, Dension or what, but they will disable the cd-changer (which is not big deal), but i heard a lot negative on them, delay, slow, mic sound too small.

thus i just need any suggestions from the owner who already installed the system on their cayenne.

also does anyone have an idea on the porduct with BT,IPOD,AUX,USB,+Video Playback(better videos work on ipod, dvd, usb)?

please please help, thanks a lot.

I had a Dension on my GTS before i sold it. It was horrible, kinda like playing an Atari 2600 vs. a PS3 or Pong vs. Madden 2011.

I decided to go aftermarket when i got my Turbo and am loving it!

i have mObridge and have been very happy with it = BT, MP3, & Aux.

I do like that the Dension allows Video and you can keep your 6 disk CD changer. But have never used it.

You can also get the Nav-TV setup for 08 Cayenne PCM 2.1. I have Sirius, Bluetooth, Ipod, and even a 6 disc dvd player (need the Porsche video tuner though) running through AUX..all works really well, and only few issues over the years.

I have Dension...the UI isn't awesome, but it does have Ipod, BT, USB and Aux inputs. It's also relatively inexpensive.

I recently installed NAV-TV's OPI P into my 08 cayenne. I posted lil info about this here, you can also charge your iphone.

https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...interface.html

Might help you decide what all you want like options wise on the NAV-TV website like bluetooth, reverse cam etc http://www.navtv.com/. These guys are very helpfull esp when installing this at home as they know what they talking about lol. Support is friendly and there were no dumb people that I got over the phone so definately a thumbs up using them.

For any one interested I have a mobridge unit up for sale in the "https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/merchandise-sale-wanted-53" section of the forum.

The unit is great and is the best error free and not sluggish like others.

Enjoy and thanks .
