Badge placement?

Does anyone have the correct measurements for the correct/factory badge placement on a cayenne GTS? I bought the rear "cayenne GTS" emblem, but since my cayenne is de-badged, I will not be able to guess the correct/factory placement of the badge.

The badge:

on a cayenne:

Thank you

Are you a member of www.renntech.org?

I know that I've seen people ask about this over there, and Loren was able to provide the factory placement information.

Thanks again...

X5X, the instructions don't give specific measurements, but rather ask that you find the center of the cover (left/right - up/down), use tape to help line things up, then apply the badge above it.

I'd like to confirm the distance/measurement that other CGTS owners see on their factory emblems - from the left edge to left-side of the letter "C" and from the top of the license plate opening to the bottom of the letter "C".... might need to stop by a dealer and find a used GTS to measure.

...
That's what I did too ... real simple. Use Painter's Tape (Blue) to line things up.

Prior to placing the new badge on the paint, I use a solvent similar to 3M's Adhesive Remover and/or Meguiar's Scratch X 2.0 product in the area where you are going to place the badge. Then use your favorite wax product on/around the badge area.

Thanks, I will try measure my friends GTS to see the exact placement (I will post exact measurements if I do), and The tape trick works well! I have used it a few times
