Coolant pipe for v6
Sorta.....

The V6 is actually a VW VR6 that is known to have the "Crack pipe" fail.Though, not as often as the one on the V8. It's essentially the same type of water pipe the V8 Cayenne has. You just don't hear about the the issue a lot on the Cayenne forums. Probably because most V6 buyers are not enthusiasts the way the V8 buyers are. So we simply see fewer V6 owners participating in the forums.
There is an aftermarket upgrade from several companies. One you may check out is "Gruvenparts" They bake a billet aluminum replacement.
Picture I found with GoogleFu of a stock VR6 crack pipe and an aftermarket metal replacement.

Thanks everybody for the feedback, I got another dumb question on the way and hope everyone don't mind. Does the body kits on cayenne fit all trims of the same generation? Like the other Porsches ? Thanks again!
Dunno.
. I just put a new factory crate motor in my Eurovan (24v VR6 similar to the Cayennes) and just put a new factory plastic pipe on it. The first one lasted 154k.I don't really know how often, if ever, they fail now. I was just simply pointing out that technically the V6 Cayenne still has a plastic coolant pipe that has had problems on similar motors.
Yes, with the exception of front bumpers - Cayenne Turbos need the larger openings for the intercoolers. If you're referring to something like the Sport Design package, then yes, it will fit all trim levels.

So I assume the turbo bumper will fit good on it too?
