Finally the rain has stopped in new england and it looks like warm weather is just about here....Does anyone have any interest in having another 6speedonline meet in boston??? The last one was a great time and with the nicer weather hopefully more guys will come out.........Post some dates of potential weekends and we will coordinate for the best one....Also lets plan a route to take from where we meet up to where we plan on driving too....


Personally I have a place on the beach on Plum Island just outside Newburyport MA with plenty of parking and a few large BBQ's if we want to drive there from boston up 95......

What do you guys think??

 

i have been wanting to do a Boston meet. Unfortunately i am not in Boston until early July for summer classes. I am down for a meet on weeeknd of July 15th or later. How far is ur place on Plum Island from Boston?

Plum Island is only about 40 mins from boston.....

 

I think this is a great idea but we may need to hold off until August/Sep since a lot of the owners are students in the area. Maybe we can see what interest this thread generates and go from there. It would be a great time to see eveyrone again.

 

I am always down. I might be able to get some pretty interesting porsches to come i.e. Ruf CTR, 993 GT2, RSR

There is a Cape run this Sunday. the hook up point is at the South Shore Plaza parking lot behind Macys. There was a big turnout last year. I plan on attending just for the GTG part at the lot.

The 4th annual Cape Run will be held on Sunday June 25th.

Time: 9:30AM

Roll Out: 10:15AM We will not be waiting this year, so plan accordingly.

Meeting Place: South Shore Plaza Parking Lot Behind the old Macy's Parking Garage.

We will end up in Falmouth. For security Purposes the route will be announced at the meet.

Each year the run gets bigger and better with nicer cars showing up yearly. Last year we included 2 Lamborghini's and 5 Ferraris, a Lotus, Corvettes, countless BMWs, Mercedes, Cobras, and plenty of other high end vehicles.

I anticipate this year to be just as good, the route is VERY different this year, and I expect to keep more people together. Its is set up as such.

Please post here is you are coming and how many people you are bringing. We wil NOT beattending the Flying Bridge this year, after last years crapshoot. But we will be attending another fine establishment for food and drink (or drinks).

I wont be back till august/september and I know alejandro(adiaz) and jamy(jamy85) are going to have a similar schedule I think. I would much rather do it during or shortly before school

 

I'm up for a meet.... I have been really busy lately with work. Im in Boston right now however I will be leaving this wednesday for the world cup and wont be coming back till july 18th..
