Just checked for you on an old invoice -Labor $79.87, Parts 346.62 - 426.49 total plus tax.
Part Number 955-505-521-02-G2X
Checking is better than guessing or just telling you misinformation.

I just replaced my rear valence to accomodate the Tequipment 4 tube sports tailpipes. The rear valence cost me $250ish, plus two inserts $35, paint and install less than $150. It looks very good and worth doing right.

It all adds up to a few more $$, but you're driving a nice vehicle. I vote that you refrain from cutting it yourself. Just my opinion, but I think it's worth the extra $$ to do it right, and use all of the correct parts. I think you'll be happier when it's done.
