Thinking About Buying A Cayenne

Can I get a good deal in the Bay Area? How much (%) are the dealers willing to discount off of MSRP?

Could you recommend where to buy?

Thanks

Just curious, did you order yours or take one off the lot? I'd definitely drive to Fresno for that price, but their website inventory doesn't have anything close to what I'm looking for currently.

Holy cow, you were right...Mark Bailey is definitely 'the man'. We got to order exactly the car we want, and got it for $1k over invoice. Unbelievable, there's no way any dealership in the Bay Area would come close to that...only drawback is the car won't arrive until July.

Thanks Kevin, for the tip, I owe you one.

It's an 'S'. Carmon red, navigation, xenons, heated seats, turbo wheels, wheel crests. Kept it pretty basic, it would have been nice to get the air suspension, but couldn't justify the cost.

It's going to be a long wait until July...

July delivery is close to the 05' models....it'll be more depreciated. I don't think it's worth waiting 4-5 months and savings just $500. It will cost you more in the end.

Actually, the savings for us is more like 3k - 5k. Bay Area dealerships are not willing to sell an ordered vehicle for 1k over invoice, at least I don't know of any that are.

Our timing wasn't the greatest for the order/build/delivery process, as we just missed out on the earlier orders that would have arrived in April/May.

Waiting for the '05 wasn't really an option for us, but I can see your point.

July?

1000 over invoice sounds more then fair.
I understand the 05's will be out in Aug.
I wonder what changes they are making?
