Interior shakes and rattles on CTT

As my used 2011 (new to me) CTT is now becoming my daily driver I'm noticing nit picky stuff.

I'm hearing little rattles in the dash when I first start til I put in in drive. It's sounds like there's a leaf stuck in the AC??

Once driving I hear tiny shakes/rattles on the vehicle chassis when driving i.e.: hitting small road bumps and just bumpy roads. My guess on this is that since I have the panoramic roof the vehicle is not as tight?

I'm used to my old CL 63 and my wife's Lexus RX that I used to drive all the time. I also used to have a 06 Carrrera S. All these cars just seemed much more 'solid' and less rattley than the CTT. Also for comparison I drove another 2011 CTT and it rattled way more before I bought mine.

Anyone else have this problem? If so, can you take it to the dealer and since it's under warranty make them 'fix it like new?'

Ehhh. Another person dealing with that? If you search around, this has been discussed quite a bit. I didn't get mine yet so I have no comment.

Even though I love the Cayenne, it certanly developes quite a few squeaks and rattles every now and then, my ex 11' Cayenne S had a few that could never been taken care of by the dealer, mostly from the suspension and door panels.
My current 13" GTS with 500 miles on the clock has an annoying creak coming from the passenger side a/c vent that is driving me nuts.
Said that, my 991 is one incredible solid and rattle free car.

Thanks for the links. I should have searched 1st, but I thought I might have been an isolated case or just a picky owner expecting a lot from a top end Porsche. As I said I test drove another used 2011 (certified pre-owned at McKenna in SoCal) and it rattled like all hell. I hope this is not the ghost of my Christmas future with mine Very disappointing.

I have a 13 year old Land Rover Defender that is available to hire by anyone who thinks their Cayenne is squeaking too much. 4 hours in our Landy and your Cayenne will sound and feel like new again (™)*

*Taken at the driver’s own risk, not recommended for anyone suffering back pain, neck pain, who feels the cold, or minds driving ankle-deep in stagnant water from the local river.

As a guy waiting for his first Porsche I am surprised by all the rattle and squeak stuff. I drive a '99 Durango coming up on 90,000 miles and I swear it never rattles or squeaks and feels as solid as when I bought it new. I am not looking for an answer because it sounds like there isn't a good solution but I just wanted to stir the complaining pot.....

No matter how seemingly trivial,I believe it is ALWAYS a good idea to bring-up issues or concerns...the more info the better
We all react in different ways to our surroundings
My CT felt solid from day one and is rock steady all the way to 175
I marvel every day that a car could be so fast, comfortable and safe while so reliable at the same time..simply amazing
Are there some squeaks ?perhaps
Does it shake my nerves and rattle my brain?absolutely

My last couple of Cayennes have both had some squeaks from the back seat. Then again nothing anywhere near as annoying as the nagging noise I sometimes get from the passenger seat.

I was pleased to see that the 958 has got completely different rear seats to those in the 955 and 957 so I’m hoping these age a bit better than the old ones.

The Cayenne is a strange format though. I know it doesn’t excuse Porsche from designing squeaky cars, but straddling the worlds of serious road car and serious off-roader can’t be easy.
