Rattles ??????????????????

I have a 2014 CTT on order due to arrive in a few weeks. I have read that rattles are a concern on the 958. Have you experienced this problem. If so was it taken care of by dealer ?

2013 CD bought new and the only rattles I have are from things I've put in the car.

The dash clock was abnormally loud (in the middle of the bad clock saga) but since the dealer replaced it with the chrono clock everything has been nice and quiet.

Dashboard vibration

I have a 2011 Base Cayenne that I purchased used but is still under original factory warranty. In the year that I've owned the vehicle, I've experienced intermittent rattling/vibration coming from the driver's side of the dash. It usually kicks in at about 2,000rpm after the car is warmed up. I thought the noise was coming from the driver's side air vent. Twice the dealer tried to fix it, with no improvement. On the third try, and after multiple road tests, they discovered that the vibration was coming from the lower part of the dashboard trim, behind the steering column and directly under the instrument cluster. Also the upper and lower switch housing on the steering column were contributing to the problem.

I still get the vibration, though not as frequently and not as loud. There is still some give on the switch housing, which leads me to believe they can still do more work to eliminate the problem.
