2012 CTT. Annoying rattle from plastic flexing in/near glovebox. I haven't been to the dealer to have them check it out.

 

Hey in your CTT with the rattles do you have full leather or not. While my CD has no rattles with full leather my C4S does and it does not have full leather - same place just above the glove box

 

Slatett, ya full leather. I have a 99 996 that shakes, rattles and rolls like a jalopy so no comparison to the Cayenne. But I can't really hear it above the sound of the intake/exhaust!

The Cayenne is a luxo car. It's supposed to be quiet.

 

About a month ago I purchased a 2011 CS with 16,000 miles on it. It has two annoying dash rattles on the left side and one on the right!

2011 CTT...have a few rattles in the door handle area on driver's side back door. Really annoying as I can't figure out what's causing it and dealer doesn't think it's worth fixing under warranty.

 

Check the plastic pieces from the slide out tray to the door handle. You need to put some felt between them. I had this rattle on my CTT.

 

Yes, you got it right! Don't tell anyone over there I have something other than a GM car as well, lol.

 

One of the rattles I am experiencing seems to be coming from the trim surrounding the HVAC vent on the left side of the steering wheel. Once I squeeze it with my hand it stops making noise. I was going to take it off but have not had the chance yet. Has anyone experienced this one?
