I originally thought of this when I picked up the P!g from it's repaint and I was only thinking about having the trim around the airbag on the steering wheel painted to match the body (Dark Blue Metallic), but now I've expanded the idea to include all my gloss black interior trim.
I finally got around to taking a piece to my body shop to have it painted as a test (pro tip, the piece between the steering column and PCM is the cheapest to replace if you don't like it ).
I'm gonna live with it for a bit, but I think I like it.
