I did this conversion right after I got my Cayenne a few years ago - my Nissan Xterra had them and they were awesome. I searched and searched and ended-up getting this mat (95804480065DK4, pictured) which may or may not be the same one. The problem with this mat is that it covers the rails, and the sections that are cut to fit the tie-down spots only fit the original tie-down locations:
I think I'm going to take it to a local upholstery shop at some point to see if they can trim the edges and re-stitch so it fits inside the rails.
