CD Strange transmission shift from 1st to 2nd gear

HI Guys,
I have a 2014 CD. I'm having a weird problem with my transmission. If I'm barely accelerating like on heavy stop and go traffic, when it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear, the car jerks, like a hard shift. If I press on the pedal and accelerate fast, 1st to 2nd this doesn't happen. All other shifts are normal, its only the shift from 1st to 2nd gear when accelerating slowly. Any ideas what might be causing this? also sometimes when down shifting haven't paid attention to what gear..
but deff 1st to 2nd feels terrible if not giving press gas ( diesel ) or sometimes just by touching the pedal feels this kick ..

thanks

I've had similar issues too. They reflashed my transmission control unit and updated it, but it's still having an issue. I still need to get it back in again for that (and that my MPG went to hell after they flashed it).

Thats what scares me, to have them start doing updates, it bothers me, but as Long as is something That will not damage The CD..

It was 26-30 (calculated) with the odd 35 (PCM) trips. Now it's 22-25 and 30 is the best I've gotten the PCM to tell me for a single trip
