Headlight cracks

I noticed a series o cracks in my headlight lens. The cracks are only on the D/S. I know I have not been hit.

Has anyone experienced this ? The car is still under warranty.

Nope nothing like that, but I only had about 10k on the originals and have the same on the new ones. Definitely worth taking it in for that. You don't want to have to pay for one of those out of pocket!

I'd fight hard to have the warranty cover that lens. Being Porsche, it'd be very expensive for the part and installation.

If you have to buy a new one, don't under any circumstances let someone charge you labor to install it. Porsche makes the easiest headlights I've even come across to swap. They even include the tool in the emergency toolkit.

headlights

Thanks. I was amazed how easy it was top remove them. As soon as I got the car I upgraded the headlights.

What do you mean upgraded the headlights? The bulbs? I would guess Porsche may try to argue warranty coverage if the headlights have been modified at all.

Upgraded to what?
Is it possible to upgrade 'bi-xenon' bulbs?

I replaced the bulb with a 65 watt Osram Rallye.

Hi,
The entire headlight was swapped with another one or the external lens only?
I'm trying to figure out how to change the Xenon lens inside because my second hand Cayenne has one cloudy and one clear and the output is of course different.
