Question Replaced Battery no dash lights and non starter

2008 Cayenne Turbo.
Battery went flat so replaced battery, now no lights on the dash and it won't start, Porsche logo comes up and stays on middle display.
Heater works, windows work, turn signals and lights all work. Ran a scan and alot of codes pulled up, i've included the list in the attachment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

go ahead and try to clear the codes. If you are lucky most will clear and the engine will start, then you'll have to re-calibrate the steering (turn wheel 20deg each way and then drive forward a little) which should clear that code.
Did you turn the key to the left (foot on brake) for a bit. Mine got stuck in a mode where it wouldn't start properly after disconnecting the battery, turning the key to the left got it to start again. I also had to clear the codes with the Durametric.

If that doesn't work then look for moisture and corrosion on the wiring splices under the drivers dead pedal. You have to unwrap the wiring tape and look at the copper splices. Clean up the splices, solder, and waterproof them with sealing marine grade shrink tubing.
