Well I just signed up and my first issue hit my mail box. A month later I received a letter telling me that my first issue was my last issue. They letter states that they would refund my money and will not be publishing further issues. L

 

Talk about a shame, huh?

My favorite automotive magazine hands down. I did some photography work for them for that particular issue covering the Festivals of Speed here in Orlando, FL.

It was my first published work in a massive magazine and the last issue they published. Go figure.

Had to replace the Cap10 capacitor... got a new one and will be installed this week. After that Ill come bring it down!

I'm very disappointed. It was my favorite....but frankly, it wasn't the same after the Lieberman left. He was cool.

ALso, I haven't seen my second fave on the stands either....Makes and Models, it must be gone as well.

Why can't these mags stick around. I prefer magazine write-ups and pics to internet browsing but the good mags keep going away. Heavy Hitters will have to step up but I hate all the talk about the owners. If I wanted pep talks and business advice I go to mags that feature business. I want my car mags to be about cars. All I want from the owner is what hi vision was for the build of the car. SInce most of them drop their car off at a place like Unique WHips and let them decide what to do, there isn't much info from the owner. SO they ask dumb questions like, any advice for others who want to be successful. There's only so much you can say in a mag but they ask the same question over and over.
