Engine detail
Engine detail
Whenever I take one of my cars to the carwash to have the engine compartment detailed it always looks great. What do the pros use to clean engines and get that new look?
honestly, I have seen "cheaper" detailers just spray the whole engine with a can of WD-40. A good detailer will cover all electrical connections and use a degreaser followed with a good dressing on all plastic bits.
This is what we use for the engine

3. Adam's In and Out (use this dressing for the hard to reach spots)
4. Adam's VRT (use this dressing for the easier to reach areas)
5. Detail Sponges (use this to wipe on or wipe off the excess dressing)

Great work Phil,in & out works great!brings back the look without the "dealership" greasy look on cowels, trim around the glass, door jamb conduit etc... I buy this stuff by the case. Just spray and let dwell, then a final wipe down and it is all good.
