Today Moe came by and detailed my 997TT. As with all of the others Moe has worked with, I am absolutely stunned at his ability. He is the very best at his craft. Above and beyond that, he is a damn fine person too. We had a great time chatting and getting to know each other.

Thanks Dana. Just an FYI for you guys, this 997TT is already in great shape and Dana is becoming an awsome DIY detailer. This was round 1 of 2. I detailed the interior and merely washed the exterior. Our next detail will be the paint correction to remove the spiderwebbing and some swirls caused by a polisher from previous details. This will take this Red Turbo to the next level.

I'm humbbled to have clients like you Dana; you make working this hard well worth the time spent.

 

The pleasure was all mine Moe. You know what I said - when I find something that lives up to my expectations, I will sing its praises to the world. You met and exceeded my expectations.

Thanks Josh...just wait til we polish the car and put some carnauba on it. It's currently waxed with zaino and the client wanted more depth and color. So the plan is to polish the car together. We each will have a FLEX and I'll do the SIP and Dana is going to follow me with Nano. A first time I'm doing this with a client, so I think we'll have a lot of fun. I hope Dana realizes what he's in for

More "Moe" praise....I called Moe's phone last night at 8:10 (EST)to leave him a message on some detailing supplies I had ordered and just received. About 3 minutes after I left the message, my wife came out to "Manland".... (the garage) and said "there's a guy named Moe on the phone from California
looking for you". Moe answered all my questions and actually instructed me from 3,000 miles away (I'm in Massachusetts) as I was detailing my TT. He was over at Dana's house at that time, so I hope he wasn't charging you by the hour Dana, as I would have to split the bill with you !!!! Moe's a great wealth of info and knowledge and just an all around good guy. I just wish I lived on the West Coast so I could have him take care of my vehicles. Thanks Moe!! Roger

I know I said it before, but this is a perfect example. The ability to make a car awesome is a fine quality for a detailer, but the ability to educate and inspire at the same time is what really separates the best from the rest.
