If we dont go to Turkey in July we will by thier. St Eriksplan is really nice I am trying to get a new place overlooking the water in Liljaholmen... price is right and just next to down town.

That's funny, up until last week my office was down by the water in Liljeholmen (Marievik). There are new houses popping up every week there. Really great area, and now is probably a perfect time to buy!
