It sounds like a milk toast response but it all depends on your personal tastes within the context of what you're willing to spend because you can price 430 MSRPs to the moon if you go wild! But it is fun to think about all the possible permutations.

Here are some options I think are "must have" in no particular order except the first two which are important for re-sale:

Daytona Seats/Electric Seats
Shields
Painted Brake Calipers
Challenge Wheels on a Coupe
Ball Polished Wheels on a Spider, unless it's a lighter color in which case go with non polished or Challenge Wheels, imo.
Challenge Rear Grill (new option in 06)
Carbon Driving Zone
Yellow Tach (the red tach is hard on the eyes)
Stiching if it's a black or dark interior (I personally don't care for piping on the seats as much)
Rollbar to match a tan interior on, for example, a red or black ext. Spider -- looks so cool!
And if you're willing to spend around $18K extra go with a cc brakes as they not only enhance performance but they look amazing.

One final thing, dress up the exhaust tips with a chrome tip (Fabspeed sells nice ones) because the factory tips are drab.

PM me if you need any more information. It's fun!

I think shields is the one MUST have option. Of course, CCM brakes, F1 gearbox, full carbon packages are mandatory too.

Anyone have pics of some of the options?
I know what the challenge grill looked like on the 360 but what is the cf one look like on the 430?

Which is the lower cabin zone in CF? Is the standard trim aluminum aroud the center air vents?

Are std brake calipers black?

you should double check with the dealer....b/c 08s will come standard with cc. I would assume that applies to all 430s and not just the coupe.

options

i did the following
daytonna electric seats
shields
yellow calipers
yellow tach
premium sound-not great, not even good
leather back and leather top
there is enough carbon without going extra in my opinion
i didn't get the challenge grill or wheels. The wheels look great but are softer for ny driving

Perhaps you did but the order must not have gone from the dealer to the factory - as soon as it does you will be notified that CC brakes are standard.

I didn't "perhaps" did, I did! If it's mandatory I'll live with it, like I did, and do, with my 599!

BTW, last week I saw an amazing 430 Coupe with big yellow calipers (ccb), rear challenge grill (a/k/a "rear segment in carbon fiber") with -- and here's the cool part -- dark titanium challenge wheels!

The yellow calipers contrasted nicely with the dark gray wheels complimented by the carbon rear and yellow exterior. Who ever has this car in Highland Park, IL my congrats to you! Wow!

:-) Not trying to bust chops...just trying to give some accurate information. That 430 sounds very very sweet.

Holy ****, I didn't see MWILENS car! So you can see why my son and I freaked over this car! Beautiful, man!

My 11 year old son thinks I need to change my Spider order for this combo: yellow, shields (which are yellow of course), yellow ccb, titanium gray challenge wheels, rear challenge grill (which is not black but dark titanium if you look at it), black daytona seats, yellow stiching, carbon driving zone, yellow leather on steering wheel with black stiching (upper 1/3 of it is carbon), and yellow tach.

What do you think?
