mid engine cars lose about 10-12% loss. its Ferrari's top technology, say 10% x 650 crank = say bout 590rwhp.
thats not the exact way to know, must dyno obviously, but it wouldn't be too much off of 590 at the pavement.
really doesn't matter though because the platform can handle the power and do more with it than say an E46 M3 turbo with 590rwhp...but curiosity has struck all of us.

if you look at ferrari's claims over history
their crank hp and rwhp (as done in independant tests) have a 30% difference
ill put money on the table than an enzo doesnt put down more than 540-550 at the tires

interesting question in this thread and now it's gotten my curiosity too. My guess is 550hp at the wheels.
I've found that 10% number to be pretty accurate when it comes to Porsches.
