Wow... not the smartest move on his part. I can see attempting to talk to the officer and then simply accepting the ticket if he doesn't let him off.

I don't feel sorry for this driver at all. He didn't even attempt to talk to the cop...just thought he would drive off as the cop was writing a ticket. He got handled and rightfully so.

Guy deserves to be dumped in the worst holding cell in NYCity. Let him sit for a few days while they sort through his bail, and see how he survives it. Asshat certainly doesn't deserve the car.

i believe that also , i read somewhere that either him or his chic was from that show on mtv the hills.
