Anyone see the damaged cars at this event?

I heard about the nasty accident in a 360 where the car flipped over the tire wall...scary incident. Glad everyone was alright

I was there...I saw a Mclaren that was flipped and pretty much destroyed. Apparently the Mechanic flipped it during the parade lap. I bet he's looking for a new job. I also saw a Porsche 356B flipped in the kitty litter in Canada corner. Were there more?

Neither...It was a Mclaren CanAm car. Similar to this...but much nicer...and was still very expenisve.

People do some very dumb things especially during so-called Parade laps. Speeds are kept fairly low, as the purpose is just to drive the track, not see how fast you can go, so it should be really difficult to flip your car, much less end up in the kitty litter.

I think you are generally safer in a drivers' ed session, where everyone knows what the rules are.
