Am I crazy?
So my buddy takes his Stradale into Scottsdale Ferrari for maintenence a detail and 2 new rear tires. He asked me to give him a ride to drop off his Flying Spur for service at the same dealer and I agree to go with him. When we get there, the Stradale is up on a lift with the "new" rear tires. Stradales, as you all know come with Pirelli Pzero Corsas. The car still has these in the front. They actually had the nerve to put new Pzero rossos on the back without telling my buddy that they were completely different tires than the fronts with different thread and directional patterns. I then decided to start arguing with this guy that tells me that the Corsas are discontinued (and that you can no longer get them) and that Ferrari is now replacing these with Rossos. He then proceeds to tell me that neither Pirelli or Ferrari find anything wrong with mismatched tires (as long as it is "this" mismatch). It took me all of 3 minutes to find 2 Corsas for him. I told him to take the "new" tires off and to put the old ones back on because I found him the right tires. This guy then has the audacity to say "It must be cool having connections to get "old" stuff like that". What a ***. Am I crazy? BTW, Tire rack has plenty of Corsas in stock as well.

why didn't he just replace all four and get the latest greatest tires pirelli has to offer? he is driving a stradale for cryin' out loud.

No, Luis you aint crazy you should have thrown frozen tamales at this human fart.
Mismatched tires maybe on his Neon SRT yeah.
Should have told him to wear a Nike sneaker and his steel toe work boots and run around the dealership a few time and see how it felt.

The Rossos that they put on the car suck donkey *****. (I have them on the GT3, untill this Friday) BTW the Rossos came out before the Corsas which is what is supposed to be on the car. That IS the greatest Pirelli has to offer.
