Thanks guys. Appreciate it. We just had a cool 'Parade of Caves' the other night. I will try to get some pics of that up along with some overdue ones of the completed stair and deck railings.

you just threw a wrench in my search for a new house. we're split between two plans. one has a massive mancave basement, the other would have an extra detached garage. i was pretty set on the basement, but now i can't help but love the idea of the bigger garage. thanks, jerk

Funny thing is, if I were doing it again, I'd probably spring for the 40'x80' version.. 40'x40' will fill up fast. Thankfully, there's room for a couple more 4 post lifts if necessary.

Finally took some (crappy) iPhone pics of the inside and outside railing. Believe it or not, these the inside cable rail (stainless and powdercoated steel) took the longest and was one of the most expensive single things we did... WTF! I guess I'm in the wrong business.
