how do you know if you have a lemon, seeing as I dont think these laws exist in europe, just wondering????

David: Sorry to say this, but you obviously haven't read that ''booklet". Your summary of California's lemon law is quite optimistic and misleading.

 

Jack, problem fixed.

I was refering to a dealership that I use to work for, they had a policy of if the car wasn't fixed twice for the same reason they bought it back.

And was also refering to a computer that I had. Three times it was not fixed correctly and I asked for them to buy it back or give me a new computer and they did.
