CGT vs SLR
Damn, that guy had slow reflex or something hitting the rev limiter for so long until he would switch to 2nd. If he was great at changing his gears, he wold had been so far in advance. But CGT has a very tricky clutch. Sick cars, both of them.
BTW, put slicks on a CGT and turn off the TC. I'd bet you'd see 0-60 close to 3 seconds.

The CGT clutch is not slipping... the tires are and the engine is bouncing off the rev limiter with the TC trying to help wheel spin. The CGT revs so fast. I don't know many V10 cars that bounce off the rev limiter that fast!
After driving both cars, there are many variables
Starting speed of the roll
Traction Control ON/OFF
Both cars have no traction under 60mph
CGT driver capabilities
Settings in the SLR
SLR should win more consistently - Automatic
SLR pulls harder
CGT feels faster
We upgraded the SLR & put on some much needed 345 tires in the rear to replace the 295 & wider wheels which made a world of difference so my 2 cents might be off
CGT>SLR anyday but to have the SLR with the CGT is a great combo
