Those wheels look pretty darn good, and they price even better! Question though- are those wheels made strictly for the track, or can they handle regular street use? Seems like from some posts here, these were made with a track focus.

Can the 8.5 front handle more than a 235 tire?

I am going to mount 245's on my fronts. I think you could as high as 255's but a 9 inch would be better.

Man if OZ made the Ultraleggera HRT's in 18's for Porsche I'd be all over them. They are some kind of sexy. But these other ones should suffice for track usage. Many of these proprietary caasting techniques are getting popular, which is why the 20 inch wheel on the GT-R weighs a ton less than a 19 inch wheel on a 997 TT and GT3. In fact it weighs less than the 996 TT and GT3 wheels too I'm pretty sure.

No different than the Volk wheels (who also makes the GT-R wheels) that people have been buying up and tracking. I just hate the way the TE's look.

4-6 weeks is a grip though, but I may be on a set of these immediately. They are nice.

Question though, why put a 295/18 on the back with a 12 inch wheel as tire rack states? You run that on an inch narrower 18x11 wheel.

Good to know the tires still fit, but that's not a chance I'd readily like to take.

I am going to run 245's on the front and 315's on the back with Nitto's and in the Toyo I would run the 335's on the rear.

BTW if anyone is wondering, OZ makes wheels for several F1 teams, FIA GT, WRC, Lemans and DTM teams. So they can make a sturdy track wheel if they set out too.

I think this wheel is going to become real popular.

What size tires are on this set? I really like that "fat" look back there.

Anyone got a picture of the wheels we're actually talking about on a P-car?
