Ah, sorry mate, didn't realise you were on here. Full credit goes to you then. I've looked through so many of your photos on Flickr, you're an awesome photographer, and you find some great cars to shoot, keep it up.

So I guess it's safe to assume the 18" will clear the PCCBs?

I see that Tire Rack has the black HLT's in-stock for the 7GT3 and RS, stock offsets and sizes. I'm suprised nobody has snagged up a set of these yet. Seem like a ridiculous bargain for a quality track wheel...barely over $1700/set. Weights look good too.

He must have faith in them to be running slicks!

Glad you posted that pic as same colour as my RS and I was wondering if gun metal would look good. It doesn't

Hi everybody, I had done at least 10 track days with the O.Z. Alleggeritas, yes they are light (18#'s front, 20#'s rear)!!, and they look good, but I have to say that they are not strong, the very first day I bent one slightly, and a few days later a second one (both minor bends now repaired), they are also cheap compared to most options, but honestly I'm now shopping for a more reliable set of wheels.
The wheels have good clearance for the steel OEM rotors, but if you have 2010 GT3, or have installed the rear brake ducts you will damage/cut them due to contact with the wheel at speed on track.
Conclusion: based on my experience I will not recommend these wheels,
I Hope this helps,
regards,

Thanks!!

Wheels had been used for track only, Sebring, Homestead, Palm Beach Raceway. Never on street, so far three sets of hoosiers, I think these wheels will be much more damaged if used with slicks and firmer stiffer/suspension.
I can only attribute the damage to normal hitting of the kerbs at the track, maybe I'm asking too much from these wheels, lets see how it goes with the BBS E88's.

I would have thought the stress you have on the street is worse than track.. potholes, etc. !!

This is the first I have heard of them bending on the track, and I have sold many sets of these. Sorry to hear. I'm curious how they were being driven to bend so soon as well....
