My car wont pass sound at ls. Before fab muffs and cat-bypass did 1:44 my 2nd time there( honestly I dont like the track but's its just me but if sp comes around- lets do it). So are u getting harnesses and seat since u want to get the clip for seat belt receptacle? Mike ps- unlimitedlaps has june 19 fri and ncrc has june 20/21 sat/sun at thill- I'm planning to do all three days-I'll be switching from mpsc to kuhmo v710's for the 3 dayer- see how they feel. I know it's a long way but thought I mention it : ).

i acquired a pair of gt2 bucket seats on a straight swap with my stockers. funny thing is it triggered an avalanche. ended up getting hans, new helmet, sharkwerks FE bracket, harness, and traqmate. i think i'm done modding the car now and just concentrating now on modding the driver.

my car passes sound there now so i've been playing LS whenever possible. june is still long ways away. i should be able to make that weekend.

You da man!!!! : ). Which helmet did u get? Hopefully u go that june weekend and finally take a ride with me provided lap belt doesnt unloose : ). Did u get hans 2/3 belts- the normal 3 inch shoulder belt did not feel rt with hans- it overlapped on outer edge- the 2 inch shoulder is perfect. I take it u got the sliding tether hans- awesome vs fixed tether. MIke

helmet bell m4 matte black. not that expensive and it fits well on my head. i originally got the hans-specific belt on driver side and standard 3" on passenger (schroth profi II) from tony@tcd and installed it myself but found that the standard brackets for the lap belts don't sit too well on these seats. tony warned me about this. shoulda listened lol. so i phoned schroth and they're sending me the gt3 specific belts instead which has the gt3 seat specific mounting brackets stitched in to the belts. said it fits well on the gt2 seats. i sent the profi belts back to them. this time i got both sides just 3" belts. i tried it with passenger belts 3" profi and seem to sit just fine with hans. the guy at schroth said it's find too. my hans has sliding tether and QD. the orange pull string looks pretty goofy and long. i think i might cut it.

I did not get the quick disconnects aka mooty said he did not like it. Well next time u can wrap my lap belts for me : )- I have no clue other then shoulder belt. The substrap was pita though if seat is fixed. MIke the sharkwerks fe took abit longer then I expect- to remove a bolt from tunnel side was a pita. Mike

yeah substrap pita for sure. not much slack to wrap around.

i still haven't found a seat belt clips so that i don't have to buckle the stock belts at the track.
