Its bright *** red. Why not just go to a paint shop and say you want the most conspicuous looking red look at me color for your wheels. And while your there get some seal gray for when someone keys your car after putting on red wheels.
The color it is- Guards red- Lm3a/l80k or ppg# 72060
Another even brighter red indischrot 80k/84a ppg# 75442
My personally favorite red which is actual for an older Audi and has been the most complemented red of all time- laser red Ly3h ppg# 74179
