yay! November build, December delivery. Just in time for winter in Chicago! That will be a crapshoot trying to get it home from the dealer weather-permitting. Before I even said anything, the dealer said "if it's snowing the day you take delivery, we'll flatbed it to your home at no charge." lol! gee thanks, I think.

Now if only I can decide between Aqua blue, Guards red, or Meteor grey....

 

I got mine today too! Order is in, for August build. Meteor Gray, sport buckets, dynamic engine mounts. It's going from the dealer to the shop for a roll cage and harness, then to the track.

Congrats on the allocation. I went through the same thing last year deciding between Carrera White, Guards Red, and Meteor Grey. I decided on Guards Red and I am happy with me choice. I am not normally a red guy, but I get lots of comments about how the Guards Red looks great on the GT3. Good luck on your choice.

 

Meteor would be a great color if you want to blend in. If you want to stand out then red is great and with the wing, it does look great.

Took Meteor to blend in on the road, as I am using this as a daily driver as well as at the track. My 997S is Meteor and it just disappears on the road. On the track I'll tape up the front with yellow racers tape, that shows up nicely when you fill up someone's mirror

 

Congrats! My allocation is also in process and I'm making final tweeks on my specs as well. Yes, base price jumped to 135.5k(on RS) but bluetooth, mats, universal audio are now included in the price.

 

I have a build date of June 21st with a delivery date of mid August. Really looking forward to the 997.2 GT3. going to miss my 996 GT3, awesome car, It's ability far exceeds my driving skills.

 

I also ordered a Guards Red for my 2011 GT3, the last two P-cars were arctic silver, I wanted something different and love the look of red.

Tough choice with the colors, but I would totally go with guards red. IMO that is THE color for the 10 GT3. Ranger that color combo is awesome! Next to the black with gold accents, your choice of colors is my next favorite on the RS. BTW you have PM.
