Is it normal to hear a clunk when going slow and steering right or left?
I have noticed this from time to time on my GT3.

Talked to dealer, said it was perfectly normal. something about when the wheels and steering are in line and you make a turn you can get that noise. very curious. prev cayman did not have that.

need to be waaaay more specific than that. ie. what exactly are you doing when you hear the clunk - pulling in and out of driveways, etc. In general our suspensions are louder than most. What year is your GT3?

 

its a 2010 997 GT3.
it happens when i turn left or right at the beggining of the rotation.
doesn't happen on high speeds. usually when i'm turning into a turn or driveway. It is not a ground clearance problem. something in the steering or the wheels.
