Thinking of upgrading from my GT3

I have a 997.1 GT3 and am thinking of upgrading to an RS or RSR. If any owners have any thoughts to share, I'd love to hear them.

If you are upgrading to 997.2 then do it - otherwise stay where you are. The performance of what you have is great and upgrading to a 997.1 RS isn't going to gain you much for the money difference.

997.2 GT3 RS or GT3 RS 4.0

Pretty much that's it except, the Carrera GT , GT2 RSR, 918 or a highly modified turbo (in which case it should be a 997.1 turbo).

Upgrade your car with some mods, not sure what is driving your desire to upgrade the car...perhaps you some areas that you want to improve on.

the 997.2 rs is much faster. I had driven the previous model, so I bought it without driving it and i was impressed how fast it is. At all speeds you are in complete control of the car. Drving the speed limit around town really takes a lot of control.
