Nick your right. The CGT was about the dual stage airbags. Ferrari's issue is they failed the small female/minor safety airbag dummy test. DOT is now telling Ferrari to replace the airbag.

Regarding the 430, I suspect if you put your mind to it you could get one albeit with a modicum of financial pain over MSRP. Having driven both the CGt and 430, I can tell you "the 430 ain't no CGT".
