Gt2 over msrp
#5
You figure this car will easily sell for 200-300K from what you bought it maybe 2-3 years in the future. Look at the 911R, 4.0 RS and such. Who would have thought. I do agree dealers are taking advantage but they're saying why not join the party now.

Only 918 VIPS pay MSRP. ALL other are $100K to $250K over and I mean ALL others.
The feeding frenzy is real for these cars.

Some of these cars will change hands at reasonable prices amongst 918 VIPs and big time collectors but the average lower tier 1%er track rat who wants to own AND drive one is SOL.

I don't know how true this is, but I've been hearing rumors of 1 year, unlimited production to combat the "flippers" as Porsche learned with the 911R.
IF, and that is a BIG IF, that is true, then these $250k over MSRP asks may go away within the year

May be true as they are not a limited production car in a sense like the R but the factory can only make so many cars and too many are coming out. I don't see an unlimited supply coming to combat flipping. Just like everyone said there would be plenty of .2 GT3's and everyone who wanted one at MSRP would be able, not exactly happening.
