The problem is that the most expensive part of owning a yacht is the maintenance/upkeep, not the actual price.

It makes $25k rotors look cheap!

That is the unsexy. That thing looks like a cheap party boat to be chartered for office Christmas parties.

I would want it if it was free. I would then sell it. Then I would buy a CGT and the rest of the money in the bank
