Just have someone you know with a CGT drive alongside with you in your turbo. Both pull up and get the main supervisor to come out. Explain you wished to join your friend in CGT ownership but the way you were treated at the dealership was so ridicious that you wouldnt buy the car from them even if it was $200K...
I don't know what the heck happened here but In Rusnak's defense, I used to think they had an attitude problem as well and only bought my BMWs from them. Then they moved their BMW GM , Rich Kolosky, to Porsche about a year and a half ago and he has worked extremely hard to repair the damaged reputation from the previous GM. Since the change I have bought three Porsches from them and have had nothing but good things to say about them.

specifically, i bought the lotus with an aftermarket exhaust and the stock was supposed to be shipped to my house.. 6 weeks later i dont have it , nor do I have an explanation. the car doesnt pass smog and i cant sell it... im pissed and this is total bullsh&t. 50 calls later i have no resolve..... wonder how my porsche cutomer service questionaire will read when i get it form the gt2?
if it isnt resolved by monday i guess my lawyer will have to explain how a DUE bill works and if promises per the contract arent fufilled what that means to me... secondly, i'll need some help with the smog check issue... is that the BAR i would call?

Heck, a very good salesman from East Bay BMW convinced me to upgrade to a then 2001 M3 when I had absolutely no reason to. What won me over was how attentive he was as well as helpful to assist even though I was initially not interesting in buying.
The ultimate revenge will be to never buy there, and telling your friends not to purchase there as well.... which is what is going on this board.
I would never buy anything nor step foot in either of the Rusnak dealerships. Service and new car sales have nothing but ignorant ****** working for them. You have to vote with your dollars!
