Nico, may I ask you the residual value for the GT3 at lease end?
Can you buyout the car in the middle of the lease term?
Your car should sell for around 75k although I don't mind buying it for 70k.

I am searching for a turbo or a Gt3 myself , the most reasonable priced one I found (in california) so far is at Ideal motors (San Gabriel) a 2004 Polar Silver with 6400 miles for $81k. But I am kind of afraid to buy from an independent dealer and it is kind of far from my Bayarea location.
