This **** is stupid, there are so many other people the cops and media could worry about finding, meaning real criminals. Speeding? He did it late night, roads were clear, and he didnt hurt anyone. Sure, hes breaking the law. But is it any worse than going 10 over? No. Ive seen a bad lane change cause a 30 car pile up. Ive also seen 150mph crashes have only 1 person hurt.

so is the worst he can get, if convicted, is reckless driving or criminal speeding?

 

I love how the news makes it sound like thousands of people use the freeway during the late night hours. But still IMO if you're going to drive that fast, and you live in a desert state, you should probably do it outside the cities.
