Bad Service: Beverly Hills Lamborghini

Today I had the worst inquiry experiences with beverly hills lamborghini. Me and a buddy of mine went there, the sales person, completely disrespected us and thought we cannot afford a car when I was trying to negotiate the price.

One thing he said was O'gara, the owner, was already very filthy rich from doing military stuff and he does not need to sell any cars from the dealership to anyone to support himself since it is only his side job.

Ok, after he said that, My friend and I have decided not to step foot in that dealership again.

Thats horrible to hear...

If he doesnt need to sell cars
then he should sell his dealership to someone who
will take care of customers!

Their repair shop is located at West Los Angeles (Pico Blvd) near by the 405/10fwy, huge facility. They used Avio Coach Craft for bodywork and we used them as well!

Sorry to hear about the crappy service you got. I would have found the sales manager or GM to let them know how you were treated, and told them you were no longer interested in buying from them. Then sit outside and watch the salesperson bring his personal belongings to his car and leave for good!

actually I have another plan. to buy it from someone else and stick the reciept to the manager's face and tell the manger, this is what you get for the crappy service that I have recieved.

Any other ideas to play with?

"disrespected us" so was the work on your car not good? What service did they not perform? Negotiating a sales/trade in value is always subjective.. not giving you what you want is not "bad service"...that is the nature of business, its been that way at car dealers since the beginning..nothing new.

if u go to dealership he offers u 100k for a car that worth 150k in Auction. and u try to tell him and he basically tells u that u are an idiot for negotiating in a dealership. you think that is good service?

What do you mean by the work on my car not good?

Whatever a salesman is supposed to perform to any customer was not presented. If I wanted to be treated like that, I might as well buy from ebay where I dont have to deal with being talked down to
