How many were made?

 

I have heard that there were a few, but unsubstantiated. All the dealers act like there were none...which would be aligned with the 09+ strategy of making a manual tranny a option that has to be special ordered.
I have never seen one personally in all my looking.

Am I missing something, or does that link say the car has a "6 speed E-Gear transmission"? Doesn't appear to be a traditional 3 pedal car to me...

There is a yellow e gear one on ebay for 170k buy it now.

 

that seems kind of cheap for a SL, considering that the MSRP was more than the Spyder.

my brother sold his 07 Rosso Vik E-gear Spyder about a week and a half ago for $170k. I suppose the Spyder's will always hold their value better.
