I have heard that there were a few, but unsubstantiated. All the dealers act like there were none...which would be aligned with the 09+ strategy of making a manual tranny a option that has to be special ordered.
I have never seen one personally in all my looking.

There were a few. None were brought in as dealer stock, only if they were special ordered.

Now, has anyone seen one in the US with the rest-of-world Alcantara bucket seats?

The one at Portland sold. Last asking price 165k!

There is a yellow e gear one on ebay for 170k buy it now.

that seems kind of cheap for a SL, considering that the MSRP was more than the Spyder.

my brother sold his 07 Rosso Vik E-gear Spyder about a week and a half ago for $170k. I suppose the Spyder's will always hold their value better.
