Well. He has some extra cash to spend and was looking for something fun to ride.
He has a few pretty nice cars already (not necessary to list, no need to flaunt imho). He basically wants to spend as little as possible. He mentioned that the 175k area would be OK.
I suggested that he looks at lambos because they are very exotic and he is looking for an exotic car that will fit his personality - beastly.
My dad is 6'5 with a bald head and only speaks when he needs to- very intimidating. He mentioned he liked the gallardo but would be interested to see what i thought and what others thought would be a good investment and would have some value left down the road when he wants to sell.
He is basically looking for a 2 door sports car with a beast behind it. he isn't into modding much so it would be cool to have a car that already performed like a giant- the only mods that he does have to do with tint on the windows
I personally love the diablo after i had a great experience with it- very much a drivers car, providing a harder shifting and it just feels like you are in more control than you would be in a murcie that shifts basically on command now
What do you all think and if you have any general prices that woudl be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much all,
Ryan

The Diablo 6.0 is the bull sounds like your father! I think you can get into one around $175 to 195 and I think they will hold their value and eventually may appreciate being the last model of the Diablo.

Get a 1996 or a 1998 Lamborghini Diablo VTTT... Totally insane car!! The higher version is powered by 752hp twin-turbo V12... There was only 8 made by Platinum Motors, one of the rarest cars ever!! I remember seeing one of them on ebay a while back, for ONLY $130k or so!! That isn't bad considering it's one of the fastest cars ever and there was only like 8 made!
Here are some pics and stats... Check them out.

If he can fit... tell him to get a Diablo 6.0. Looks like it would fit his personality well. I think there is an aftermarket option to lower the seats by a few inches, so he might need to get that.

Gallardo more technologically advanced and a lot more practical....love mine
Downside: poor visibility - getting in and out can be painful if tall - turn radius SUX - scrapes everywhere (unless you get 05 with front lift system) - attracts way too much attn (im not complaining
