Do you fit with a helmet?
I'm 6'2" with power-recline/manual front-back seats, and I just barely fit without a helmet; I can't imagine using a helmet. That said, I do recall reading a post on Lambo-Power about a new "taller" owner who purchased a Gallardo without ever sitting in one. After initially figuring he had to return the car, the selling broker was able to track down a seat lowering kit (I believe this lowered the seat 1-2 inches). I tried to find the post on L-Power, but I think it was probably lost in the crash. If you contact Roy or Kevin at Cats Exotics, they should be able to point you in the right direction.

Ah, I see. I did a search last night and see that you've maintained an impressive collection of cars over the years to say the least. Great choices.
I watched your vid in the CGT about 4 times last night before bed. I slept well.
We'll have to drag you out to another local 6spd meet/drive this summer!
Happy motoring!

I wasn't really planning to do a lot of tracking with the Gallardo, but I just wanted to play around with it on the track and see how it is.

I guess part of it could also be how much you're willing to "slouch" in the seat. I thought about the helmet question when I was out in the G yesterday, and I found that I could generate more headroom the lower I sat in the seat. However, in my most comfortable seating position (sitting up straight), my head just touches the ceiling.
On a side note, a dealer did tell me that manual seats sat lower than power seats.
