i am interested in modding my w209 clk55 and was wondering if you guys have any recommendations as far as mods go?

 

What type of work were you thinking of doing?
You can do something as simple as wheels and a drop...
(19" Zone 3's and KW Coil-overs)


Or you can go with something like the Brabus Aero Kit



Carlsson is also another option

i was looking into doing.... resonator/secondary cat delete.... drop/wheels and some tint

 

You want to make your car feel more lively and faster, then go for a Kleemann ecu update, X pipe instead of resonators and a pair of green filters and get Kleemann 2ndary race cats.

Thats good for atleast 20hp and a substantial increase in torque.

 

Kleeman suspension, Brabus wheels

Brabus is still the most classy wheels on AMG IMO... There are knock offs too if cost is a concern.

 

Brabus are nice no doubt about it but honestly they are the techart of mercedes, their wheels are anchors compared to Carlsson and Kleemann which offer forged variants.
