Thumbs up @@ One very happy customer from Arena Motor Group! Hampstead, MD!! :)

I recently traded in my 05 Bentley GT for 07 997TT at Arena Motor Group.

Craig was my sale person, he was very helpful, and straight forward guy found me a real nice 997TT with good mods for a reallllly good price.

If you are looking for some high-end vehicle, by all means, check their site, call Craig and tell him what you want, he will find the car within a week for sure!

Their car dealship is top notch, new building with great in door garage.
Audi R8 was in the show room, looking sparking NICE.

I am all happy customer, just want to spread my experience!

I went there looking for a 997S and test drove two of them (both were very nice cars at good prices) but they never got back to me on what they could offer on my '06M5 and really acted as if they didn't give a **** if they got my business or not.....Really turned me off. Glad you had a good experience.

Nosoup4u is infamous around these parts
My experience was the same as amerlemans.

I was interested in a few cars up there and they never got back to me on what my RX400h was worth to them. Not like they are an easy drive as well ... this was about a month ago.

I guess the economy is really doing that well ...

I had just about the same experience with them as amerlemans & nosoup4u.

I went there to purchase a 01 996TT; but the car was nothing as described... had alot of blemishes and was overall ruff......and they were asking top dollar for it, just because of the fact that it was a 996TT; I ended up buying a mint one with lower miles at about $10k less.

I had much the same experiences with them as the above. I called about a GTR wanted to know what my trade in was worth, never got back to me, nor were they very friendly.

When I went in directly and wanted to work another deal with them, I dealt with Jason, very knowledgeable and informative. In fact even called me to followup about the deal several times. But I heard he's since been long gone.

Thumbs down bad experience

Recently purchased 04 mustang. It was stated and documented it had 30 day 1000 mile drivetrain warranty. Within 2 weeks the gears were sticking. It ended up needing new transmission, clutch, and flywheel. Mechanic said the flywheel and clutch showed extensive wear long before I could have purchased it. Owner offered me 500.00 and said he wasn't responsible and gave excuses. Since I lived over 2 hours away, it involved lenghty drives, overnight stays, only to receive 500.00. Now I must contact better business bureau and lawyer to attempt to recoup costs that were warranted.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. If you need a shop to do the work on your trans, contact Calvin's Transmission in Sykesville, MD. I had them replace my clutch on my 2001 Mustant GT and did excellent work for a very fair price.
