Balt Grand Prix - Car Corrals/Parking

Hello all,

Since the Lamborghini/Ferrari community/clubs aren't going to be doing anything for the B.G.P., and seeing as how I really want to drive my car down for the weekend, I thought I would ask if anyone has contact info for the Porsche, BMW, or Corvette clubs that are hosting car corrals?

I don't need tickets as much as a security patrolled place to park and it would be awesome to have a tent to hang out at times.

Thanks for the info.

I understand that in the past BMW has done an outstanding job whereas Porsche has been absolutely horrible... I think Scott and few others can verify.

You guys are more than welcomed to join our corral. In fact, we can setup a separate registration specifically for you guys so you have access to race tickets, parking, and a corral tent. BMW will easily be the largest marque there and we've been able to work directly with BGP on pretty much anything we want.

I can't guarantee any security presence during the day (BGP won't pay for it), but all cars left overnight in the corral will have patrolled security as in past years. Last year, we hosted a small group of exotics and they paid for the presence of an off-duty cop; something that we could look into again.

Take a look at our registration (link below); you'd have access to the same pricing and most things not-specific to BMW:

Note that this offer would be open to only 'exotics' and can NOT include Porsche or Corvette since they have their own separate, contracted corrals.

If this is the route you guys want to take, let me know. All I ask is that you help with promotion and spreading the word, so I can spend the majority of my time organizing the event itself.

There's no Audi corral this year? oh wait....there's never an Audi corral

Give me a few days so we can set up registration. Once it's all done, I'll post the link here and hopefully you guys can help spread the word. I guess I should say that Astons are welcomed too, so Sunir doesn't ban me .

In the meantime, anyone else who wants to join, let me know via this thread.

Bummer, because Porsche will undoubtedly suck, yet again.

Sounds prefect. I'll wait until you get the registration set up and then go for it.
Thanks.

I'm there! Glad to have Paul helping out on this front. Sad that none of the "exotic" clubs have their act together. Guess they're all busy planning polo matches or something.

LOL, its tough to pull something like together unless you have a dedicated group of people that want to make it happen AND you have a large base of people that can make it affordable to all.

I wish BMW had a contract with IMSA to underwrite these costs like Porsche/Corvette, but that might mean we lose control of setting up such a good time

Thumbs up

Here's the link to register for the BGP Exotics Corral. Registration will end Aug 6th so we have enough time to distribute tickets to everyone.

Also, please spread the word since we'd love to have as many as possible.

Please read through all the details (I know its a lot), and if you have any questions, please let me know.
