tt S vs 2012 GT-R
Oh, I don't disagree... But when Nissan is hitting their sales mark with the GT-R, these practices may not change, sadly.
I find it being dealer dependent, though. As I can't speak any better of my sales experience. I have been treated like royalty since I first put my name on the list for pre-order, and I get treated wonderfully to this day (much better than my Porsche, BMW and Infiniti dealerships).

Thankfully, my local GT-R dealer is one of the good ones.
I can only imagine how frustrating it would be trying to work with some of the dealers that a few of you guys have mentioned.

This is the problem
The dealers at least in my case treat you like you are a head ache as opposed to a customer paying hard earned money. I'm in a very niche business where selling is not a problem, providing product is the problem and I understand that nissan dealer have this issue with the GTR, but I treat everyone of my clients like they are my only client even if I won't be able to provide what they want. I guess in the end it may never make a difference to Nissan or my local Nissan dealers

I think having a dealer close is a huge thing. I hate having to take a day off of work to get the car serviced or watching your car get put on a flat bed truck to disappear hundreds of miles for a couple of days or longer. I've often wondered if I had a Ferrari dlr in close proximity...

I'll add this - I get treated about 5 times better as a GT-R owner in a Nissan dealership as I did a G35 owner in an Infiniti dealership (or a 911 owner in Porsche dealership, or a BMW 3-series owner in a BMW dealership).
I will say this until something bad happens.
hi am i late to the party?!? WHERE WAS MY INVITATION?!? hahhah jk...
BUT i know this is a couple of posts back about the GTR not being a dream car as a child TO ME it was always my dream car growing up (even more than ferrari) and i grew up in a family of supraz so i cant complain....just sayin.....carry on

In some areas, where there is no problem selling them, yes. In most areas (like mine), no.
I have found an allocation
for a black, black edition. Sticker is 99k. PM me if your interested. As much as I want one, I think I'm going to buy a pre owned. The dealers is not asking over list.
Why is it that everyone is so entranced with 0-60 numbers? In reality the 0-100 and 1/4 mile numbers are much more important. The new PDK TTs performance beyond 100 mph is mind boggling for sure. What is the new 2012 GTR doing performance wise in the 100 and 1/4 mile
Wasn't regular turbo getting 2.8 with PDK?
